Consultations of experts of the Ministries for Foreign Affairs and other interested ministries and departments of the CSTO member states concerning non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction will take place in Moscow on April, 21st, "Kazakhstan Today" agency reports citing the CSTO Secretariat press service.
