The equipment for improvement of quality of mineral oil will be installed in Pavlodar oil refining plant. Akim of Pavlodar region, Bahytzhan Sagintaev, informed during the television bridge with participation of the head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, the "Kazakhstan Today" agency reports.
